The Phi Gamma Chapter of Omega Nu in Modesto has a rich history dating back to 1924. Committed to truth, loyalty, love, and friendship, Omega Nu is a social and philanthropic organization of women. For 100 years, this all-volunteer group of more than 60 women has played a vital role in the community through volunteering and fundraising events.
Omega Nu’s mission is to create a positive impact in Stanislaus County. Since its inception, the Modesto Chapter has hosted two fundraisers annually, channeling 100% of the proceeds directly into the community. These funds have supported local organizations that serve women and children in Stanislaus County. Omega Nu has raised over 2.2 million dollars in the last two decades, demonstrating its unwavering commitment to making a difference.
From its establishment in 1924 to the present, Omega Nu has continued to embody the spirit of giving, fostering connections among women, and leaving a lasting legacy of service and compassion.
